Renaissance Hotel by Marriott Taking Over Downtown Orlando Sheraton
The Sheraton in downtown Orlando has been acquired by the Alena Hospitality investment company and will convert it into a Renaissance Hotel by Marriott after a $40 million renovation. The room count will remain the same (290) but the meeting space will double. The project will be completed by February or March 2014.
