13 Things to Do Today: Sunday February 23

What better way to spend a Sunday than to let us pick your itinerary for you? We scoured the local event listing sites to bring you this tightly curated list so you don't have to. Let us know if you go to any of the events and send us pics/reviews to mark@thedailycity.com. Maybe we'll use your pics in an upcoming blog post! How exciting!

[8am-4pm] Mount Dora Classic Car & Cycle Swap Meet and Cruise-In. Vendors, car corral and live entertainment. This takes place every last Sunday of the month. Renninger’s Antique Center 20651 U.S. Highway 441 , Mount Dora 32757. If it sucks, you can always scoot over to the Mount Dora Community Center at 2pm to hear the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park's Chamber Choir and Orchestra.

[9am-3pm] Celebration Sunday Farmers Market. Veggies, food, crafter and baked goods. Never been and not heard anything about it. Lakeside Park 631 Sycamore Street

[10am-4pm] Downtown farmers market. Not a shopping adventure whatsoever, but it's in Lake Eola Park so it has lovely oak trees, a big lawn perfect for blanket sitting, the OverRice FoodTruck table and coffee drinks.

[11am-3pm] College Park Makers Market. A smarter famers market. See what you think and let us know. We've not been since they started calling it this name. We hear from a food truck owner that vends there that it's popular. Infusion Tea 1600 Edgewater Drive

[12pm-8pm] Downtown Food & Wine Festival. This huge event (they have DUCK BACON!) spans the length of Lake Eola Park on Robinson. Went yesterday and its sooo much better than Epcot's. Better food, bigger portions. If you're a meat eater, you *must* try the little burgers from Siro Italian Urban Kitchen.

[12pm] Peanut Butter Matinee Family Film: My Dog Skip. A shy boy is unable to make friends in Yazoo City, Mississippi in 1942, until his parents give him a terrier puppy for his ninth birthday. Enzian Theater 1300 S. Orlando Ave.

[2pm] The 132nd PRCA Silver Spurs Rodeo will feature bull riding, steer wrestling, saddle bronc riding, bareback riding, and barrel racing, along with cowboy clowns. Silver Spurs Arena at Osceola Heritage Park 1875 Silver Spur Lane Kissimmee, FL 34744

[2pm] The Bach Festival Society of Winter Park's Chamber Choir and Orchestra is performing for *free* at the Mount Dora Community Center, 520 N. Baker St.

[2pm] Spank! This live musical is a 50 Shades of Grey parody. Was told by a local theatre guru that it's actually funny and worth seeing. The Abbey 100 S. Eola Drive

[4pm-6pm] Artists' Social. This is the first of a quarterly gathering for Orlando area artists to meet and connect. Infusion Tea 1600 Edgewater Drive changed locations to The Falcon bar 819 E Washington Street

[6pm] Spank! This live musical is a 50 Shades of Grey parody. Was told by a local theatre guru last night that it's actually funny and worth seeing. The Abbey 100 S. Eola Drive

[7pm] Pat Benatar is still singing and touring for the tourists. We're a fan and you might be too. We belong to the light. Hard Rock Live 6050 Universal Blvd

[7pm] A cabaret performed by community theatre singers singing Academy Award winning and nominated songs. Might be good for a laugh. Breakthrough Theatre. 419A W. Fairbanks Ave
