Denise Riccio from the City of Orlando is applying for Conditional Use Permit to allow a community garden within Engelwood Park at 6131 Appian Way, located north of Appian Way, west of S. Oxalis Ave., east of Engel Dr. and south of Lake Underhill Rd. The application will be presented at the City Council meeting on March 17, 2014 for approval of recommended actions. The recommended action by the Municipal Plannign Board is approval of the request, subject to the conditions in the staff report. (Source)
