The team from the Southern Fried Sunday monthly event which takes place at Wills Pub on second Sundays has teamed up with the owners of Audubon Park-adjacent Smiling Bison restaurant to present a new, semi regular local music and northern food showcase called Northern Fried Sunday.

Smiling Bison, whose locally sourced gastropub fare typically takes on a northern inspired flare, is looking forward to treating the Orlando area to an array of foods not found on their normal dinner menu and inspired by community gatherings in chef Josh Oakley's hometown of Buffalo, NY. The restaurant, usually closed on Sundays, is eager to open it's doors and try something new.
