Author, filmmaker, and wellness personality Joe Cross has spent three years since the release of his award-winning documentary of personal transformation Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead providing the film’s audience of 10 million people worldwide with his tips, suggestions and recipes for following the example he set in the film. To date, Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead has inspired its audience to consume more than 180 million glasses of juice and lose more than 12 million pounds.
