Is the new downtown UCF/Valencia campus not happening after all? At a January 22nd meeting, The Florida Board of Governors changed their mind about giving $10 million to examine the possibilities, saying they need to learn more before forking over the cash. The plans are on hold for now until UCF presents new information in February to the board.
