Watch Live: Mayor Dyer Same Sex Wedding Ceremony

More than 40 couples will participate in the Vowed and Proud Wedding Ceremony, an event that celebrates the historic first day that marriage will be recognized for same sex couples in Florida.

Above is the live-stream of the event.

Mayor Dyer who is also a notary public, will officiate a same-sex wedding ceremony at Orlando City Hall. The event will include a reading by District 4 City Commissioner Patty Sheehan, a blessing delivered by Reverend Kathy Schmitz from The First Unitarian Church of Orlando and performances by the Orlando Gay Chorus.

The event is possible thanks to the Metropolitan Business Association of Orlando (Central Florida’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce) and local businesses that have donated their services to create a memorable day for these couples.
