A gaggle of locals is bringing Ed Woodham's annual event Art in Odd Places (website) to Orlando in September 2015, and you have the opportunity to hear this Founder & Director of Art in Odd Places discuss his project’s history, its current activity in New York City, and why he and fellow artists have set their sights on Orlando for September 2015.
This unique informational session takes place on Saturday, April 11th at 2:00pm at Orlando Museum of Art (2416 North Mills Ave). This presentation requires no reservations and is free to all museum visitors. Seating is limited to the first 250 attendees.
Art in Odd Places is an international call for artists which aims to stretch the boundaries of communication by presenting visual and performance art in non-traditional public spaces. It reminds us that public spaces function as the epicenter for diverse social interactions and the unfettered exchange of ideas.
