Web) submitted an application to the City of Orlando to demolish the 2,923 sq. ft. split level home on the 0.34 acre property at 319 Niblick Way in the Dubsdread/College Park neighborhood and construct two new homes, one each on the two (2) previously platted 50 ft. side x 150-ft. deep lots (revert to plat).
Each new home will be 2 stories, 2,200 – 2,600 sq. ft. in livable area, each with a rear detached garage.
This project is tentatively scheduled for a public hearing at the Municipal Planning Board on August 18, 2015.
