College Park House Split Level to be Replaced with Two 2-Story Homes with Detached Garages

Kim Foy of Southern Traditions Development, Inc (Web) submitted an application to the City of Orlando to demolish the 2,923 sq. ft. split level home on the 0.34 acre property at 319 Niblick Way in the Dubsdread/College Park neighborhood and construct two new homes, one each on the two (2) previously platted 50 ft. side x 150-ft. deep lots (revert to plat).

Each new home will be 2 stories, 2,200 – 2,600 sq. ft. in livable area, each with a rear detached garage.

This project is tentatively scheduled for a public hearing at the Municipal Planning Board on August 18, 2015.
