Family Horse Facility to Also House a Hotel, Banquet Facilities and Offsite Airport Parking

AARC Holding, Inc. is requesting initial zoning of PD (Planned Development) of 9.7 acres at 7833 Narcoossee Rd (Map) to develop a phased project consisting of the following:
  1. 39,000 sq. ft. Family Entertainment Center known as "Colts and Fillies" over a Podium
  2. 7-story 140-room Flag hotel over a podium 
  3. A 43,500 sq. ft. banquet facility associated over a podium in conjunction with the hotel 
  4. An offsite airport parking facility (Park and Ride) at the ground level
