4 Rivers City Hall Downtown Orlando Location Opens Tuesday


According to Orlando Business Journal, the downtown 4 Rivers location inside City Hall will open it's 1,912 sq ft dinging room and front porch Tuesday October 13th.

4 Rivers can stay in the City Hall location for up to 15 years and will pay $750 per month or 3% of sales, whichever is higher.

Three other restaurant concepts other than 4 Rivers were presented to the City of Orlando by City Consultant David Manuchia, CEO of Restaurant Partners, Inc:
  1. Coffee Culture
  2. Union Burger
  3. Pickles Delicatessen
The restaurant will be open 7am-3pm Monday thru Friday for breakfast and lunch only.
