Before we let a truck into our food truck tour, The Daily City's Food Truck Bazaar, we make them come to a private tasting. About 10 invited guests order the food, eat the food and then discuss the food. Afterwards, we let the truck know (1) helpful feedback and (2) if they're accepted or not.
Our most recent bazaar-approved truck is Barnwood BBQ (Website). They make and bottle their own BBQ sauce. You can buy a bottle right off the truck! The owners also own a beehive and sell bottles of their honey on the truck.
You will find Barnwood BBQ at The Daily City's Food Truck Bazaar locations starting in 2016.
