The name of the district for now is “Fern Creek 20 Planned Development."
8 parallel on-street parking spaces are required for the project. They will be next to the property and can be on any street except Altaloma.
An ordinance was approved by City Council that will change the zoning from Office and Residential District to Planned Development District to allow the development.

The development is required to be constructed in phases so that each phase can operate independently of one another if following phases are "delayed or abandoned."
