A portion of the 6,000 sq ft co-working space created by Credo Coffee Shop and Florida Hospital Innovation Lab
Credo Coffee Shop (Website) in partnership with Florida Hospital's Innovation Lab (Website) has created Orlando's first curated co-working office space.
Located within Florida Hospital's Health Village, select small businesses will be invited by Credo to rent a desk in the space, which is a magnificent unfinished 6,000 sq ft office with no carpet, no paint and 2-story windows with a view of the new Hospital for Women and the Sunrail station.
The goal for the space is "to cultivate a community where cross-discipline collaboration happens naturally."

The chosen companies must be able to be flexible and help develop the operating details of the space. Companies will not receive keys or access badges. They’ll have access during business hours (6a-8p). CREDO Barista staff will open and lock up.
Innovation Lab will use the space as overflow for their current lab.
