Se7en Bites Bakery will be replaced by...

... a food truck! The owner of Bad As's Sandwiches food truck has signed the lease on the space that local bakery Se7en Bites will exit soon.

The bakery will move down the street to a larger location with more seating and parking.

The new sandwich restaurant will retain the truck's name and will feature a similar menu to the truck's menu. Guests will choose from sandwiches, salads and soups.

The new restaurant's owner is considering morning and afternoon hours, the same as Se7en Bites. However, since they have a food truck, they're considering late night hours during which patrons from the Milk District bars can buy late night meals on a simplified menu straight from the truck.

The restaurant is expected to open in the Fall.
