The Boat House restaurant inside the Disney Springs complex at Walt Disney World had a so-so score on their most recent DBPR inspection on June 2, 2016.
The restaurant scored an 86 and had 10 health violations, mostly minor.
Below are 4 of the The Boat House's violations:
(1) High Priority Violation: Flies were observed in the expo line in the main kitchen. This is a repeat violation.
(2) High Priority Violation: The mahi fish was found to be at 44ºf. The Inspector had an employee remove the fish from the cooler and placed inside a blast chiller. This brought the temperature down to 39ºf.
(3) Low Priority Violation: lime build-up inside dish washer
(4) Low Priority Violation: the frame of the reach-in cooler was hot
