The 4,522 sq ft 2-story residential style office building at 112 E. Concord St. will be getting some major renovations according to a document filed with the City of Orlando in January:
  1. complete renovation of the interior of the building
  2. complete renovation of the façade of the building
  3. paving and striping the rear parking area that is accessed from Geneva Place
  4. completely re -landscaping the remainder of the property
The .17 acre property is made up of 2 parcels east of N. Magnolia Ave. in an area dominated by single-family homes. 

Prior to renovation, the 2 homes acted as 2 separate tenant spaces connected by a breezeway. After renovation, the property will function as a single tenant space. 

Because the construction costs of the proposed renovation activities exceeds 50% of the replacement value of the existing structure this project is classified as a ‘substantial improvement.' 

The owner of the property is Goodbusiness Investment, LLC.
