Pizzuti's The Sevens downtown Orlando apartment building (Website) lies on a 2.5 acre site extending almost a full block along N. Orange Avenue on the southeast corner of Park Lake Street.
Currently the area of downtown Orlando that The Sevens is located in is referred to as "North Quarter." We want it to be called it "North Downtown" or NODO much like Orlandoans already call the area south of Downtown "South Downtown" and SODO.
A food truck outfitted as a mobile leasing office caught our eye Tuesday.
The truck is currently parked outside The Sevens building. It's covered in splashes of blue and pink with bright white letters announcing the website and contact details.
We peeked inside the front cabin of the tuck and this thing is brand new.
While the apartment building is located in NODO (North Downtown), the truck might be spotted anywhere, for promo reasons.
The Sevens is a 9 story mixed use building with 10,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail, 334 apartment units, and a 597 space, 7-story integrated parking structure.
The Sevens also includes a dog run, a playground, a ground floor courtyard, clubhouse and leasing area, plus a ninth floor lounge, game room, fitness center, and pool.
