House-Styled Hyatt House Sets Up House. Again.

Orlando is getting a second Hyatt House (Website) hotel location at 5897 Caravan Court. (MAP)

The 136,160 sq. ft. hotel will have 168 rooms, a swimming pool, a fitness area and a restaurant/lounge. 

There's an existing 150 room 96,446 sq ft hotel on the property and both will share the same parking lot.

The chain differentiates itself from other hotel chains by presenting "features found in today’s modern homes and apartments."

The city's first Hyatt House location is at 5370 International Drive. (Source)
