Less Units in Phil Kean's 652 West Morse Project


Though it's tabled until the June 27th Winter Park City Council meeting, Phil Kean Designs, Inc. wants to amend the conditional use approval granted on October 12, 2015 to redevelop the property at 652 West Morse Boulevard (MAP) in order to develop 10 residential units in lieu of the approved 11 residential units and to modify the approved architectural elements.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, City Council voted to change existing zoning from office to commercial in September 2015.
