A replat of a 1.7 acre south Lake Como neighborhood corner lot (which currently houses an empty church) at 2209 Walnut Street (MAP) will create six new single-family home sites if the City approves it.
The church, Lake Como Connextions Church of the Supreme (Website) would be demolished. The church family is currently working out of the a Quality Inn at 626 Lee Road.
