Health care real estate developer Medical Villages (Website) is building a new development in Orlando called Pine Hills Medical Village on a 1.329 acre property at 900 Mercy Drive. (MAP)
Pine Hills Medical Village will have 9-10 redeveloped suites that will be filled by medical practices and offices. There will also be some warehouse space in the facility.
The project will create 80 full time jobs and 15 part time jobs.
The annexation and rezoning request was filed by Majors Investments (Website) and Parsons Architects.
