City Hall is getting a new roof installed by Sanford Wharton-Smith, Inc. This company was determined to be the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder by Procurement and Contracts Division and the Fleet & Facilities Management Division.
The estimated cost of the roof is $1,443,575.
