Winter Park developer Dan Bellows got a piece of land he owns at 226 East Hannibal Square (MAP) near the corner of East Hannibal Square and West New England Ave rezoned from parking lot (PL) to multi-family residential (R-3).
However, what he plans to build here is a a three-story, single-family residential building.
Why does he need multi-family zoning on this lot when he is just building a single-family house on it?
And why did he originally want the zoning changed to Central Business district... to build a single-family house?
