The local Winter Park company that brought us Swine + Sons, Cask + Larder and The Ravenous Pig is opening a restaurant called The Polite Pig in Disney Springs according to WDWMagic.com.Two weeks ago we spotted this well-designed construction wall smothered with phrases about meat, being kind and having no shame in asking for "seconds."
Opening date is Spring 2017 according to WESH.
