A 500 acre development Osceola county dubbed the "Florida Tech Farm" will not only "help to wean Central Florida off its heavy dependence on tourism" through the companies that relocate to it, but will also have a main street, centerpiece lake, bike trails and an ornamental bridge according to Growthspotter. The project is located in Osceola county just outside of Kissimmee.
