A Master Plan request has been submitted to the City to construct a 123-space 3-story valet-only parking garage as part of the redevelopment of the former Sheraton Hotel into a Marriott Hotel at 400 W. Livingston St (MAP). Parking for the hotel used to be accommodated on a leased surface parking lot located East of the property. The parking arrangement is no longer available to the new hotel. There will be no public access to the new garage as it is valet-only.
