The Milk District is getting a new bar called "The Boutique" at 2405 E South Street (
MAP). The Conditional Use Permit submitted to the City on August 22nd includes an architectural site plan. The permit is asking the City to allow the bar to sell alcohol within 1,000 ft. of a church.
