InVictus Development (Website), the Developer for the Parramore Oaks project, has submitted a request to replace the former Wells Landing Planned Development (PD) with a new framework PD for a phased 211-unit multi-family development and 31 townhouses. An affordable housing density bonus of 8.2 dwelling units (du) per acre is needed to allow a net density of 38.2 du/acre.
