Pizza Touch Vending Machine Gone due to Technical Problems

We told you in 2012 that the very first pizza vending machine has its roots right here in Orlando. It was shown at a trade show here for the first time publicly in 2003.

Orlando recently became the home of 3 Pizza Touch (Website) vending machines. They're placed in 3 different Central Florida businesses (2 in Orlando, 1 in Lakeland).

One of the 3 pizza vending machines is gone. The Quality Suites at 7400 Canada Avenue (MAP) had its Pizza Touch removed. According to employees, it was taken away due to too many technical problems.

Guests at the hotel have been taken care of, however: the hotel still offers a frozen pizza in their small lobby food area for $6.
