A new Porsche dealership called Porsche South Orlando is being built on 3.55 acres at 4891 Vineland Rd. Poulos & Bennett, LLC (Website) submitted a Master Plan (MPL) request to construct the 68,188 sq. ft. multi-story new car dealership in the Millenia neighborhood. It will include a main building, parking garage and water feature.
