Brew Pubs are popping up in Orlando like the great froyo migration of 2010. The newest one will be called Tubbs Brewing complete with a fake water tower adjacent to soccer stadium at 617 W. Central Ave (MAP). A request for a Major Certificate of Appearance Approval for a façade renovation and new outdoor entertainment area to include the following features:
