We told you July 12th that popular Mills50 District restaurant Hawkers Asian Street Fare (Website) is putting $70,000 worth of improvements into it's restaurant at at 1103 N Mills Ave (MAP).
On Monday October 17th we noticed work had begun on the renovation.
The following improvements are coming:
- New metal awning over an existing patio area
- New fencing
- New landscaping
- New painting of the building
The total capital investment for the improvements is $70,000.
