In May we told you the City was building Orlando's first off-leash dog run at Constitution Green and now it's about to open! Tonight at 6pm the mayor, Commissioner Sheehan and the Downtown Development Board will officially open Downtown Orlando’s first public off-leash dog run.
Constitution Green is at the Northeast Corner of Summerlin Avenue and East Jackson Street.
Incorporating a dog run aligns with the Project DTO Vision Plan as one of the 10 vision themes is to create an awesome outdoor City. By investing in unique public spaces like Constitution Green, Downtown offers residents, families and children important opportunities to interact, gather, share, create memories, relax and enjoy Orlando’s awesome outdoor City.
