Fashion Square Mall (Website) at 3111 E. Colonial Drive is getting a new strip of shops thanks to a planned refurbishment of the Sears Auto Center at the corner of Colonial & Maguire according to documents filed with the City.
The plaza would have an outdoor seating area where the covered drop-off area currently is located.
3 DRT on-demand disabled bus stops are also proposed on Colonial adjacent to the plaza.
12 oak mature trees will be removed along Colonial.
The plaza will share a parking lot with a quick service restaurant and 2 other outparcel retail buildings.
