According to Orlando Sentinel, the man responsible for clearing the land to build The Plaza movie theatre, condo & office building as well as one of the developers who spearheaded the redevelopment of Church Street Station, Cameron Kuhn, filed for personal bankruptcy.
Random downtown Orlando history: The Plaza Cinema Café movie theatre opened on May 29, 2009 and we were there at the opening. The first ticket sold at that movie theatre for the film "Dance Flick." It was sold to performance artist Brian Feldman, who ended up also being the first person to exchange a movie ticket at The Plaza and to get a refund for a movie ticket at The Plaza.
I
Brian Feldman being interviewed in 2010. The performance artist has nothing to do with Kuhn's bankruptcy. You're welcome.
