The Procurement and Contracts Division and the Facilities Management Division evaluated the bid and recommended to City Council to award to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder, Freeport Fountains, LLC of Sanford, FL, for Fountain Electrical, Mechanical and Computer Maintenance.
City Council will vote January 9th at the council meeting.
The initial contract term is three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. This is an indefinite quantity contract. Actual expenditures will vary as usage will be on an as-needed basis at the established unit prices and available funding.
