Slate Restaurant in Dr Phillips Gets 36 Health Violations From DBPR Inspection



Slate Restaurant (Facebook) at 8323 W. Sand Lake Road in the Trader Joe's shopping Center was inspected by a DBPR health inspector December 28, 2016.  Below are the violations as found by DBPR. This inspection required a follow-up inspection the following day which it passed.

The restaurant was launched in June 2015 and is managed by Unicorp.
