Urbain 40 in Dr Phillips Received 30 Violations During December Health Inspection


Urbain 40 American Brasserie & Lounge (website) at 8000 Via Dellagio Way, Orlando FL 32819 was inspected December 28th. The results are below. A follow-up inspection was required and executed January 4th 2017. The results are below. A second follow-up inspection is required.

Urbain 40 was opened by Boulevard Restaurants on November 9, 2015. Jaafar Choufani, owner and manager of Urbain 40, is also a lawyer, an executive with Boulevard Restaurants and is "is the only local agent for NBA players and other entertainers."
