Renovations to the downtown Orlando building formerly-known-as-AT&T at 500 N. Orange Ave (MAP) with its 10,000 sq ft of retail, 118,500 sq ft of office space and a new in-the-rear 200 car parking garage could start as early as this Fall according to Growthspotter.
In 2015 the building's owner Wssa Orlando LLC bought it for $7 million and planned on tearing it down and building apartments on the property according to Orlando Business Journal.
