Downtown Marriott to Get New Signage (And That Rooftop Bar!)

The hotel sign package for the substantially renovated and re-branded Marriott Hotel on 2.1 acres at 400 W. Livingston Street (MAP) includes the following:
  1. 2 new high-rise signs
  2. 1 new monument sign on W. Livingston Street 
  3. Several new directional signs at the vehicle entry drives
The hotel was constructed in 1986 and was purchased in 2015 by the current owners. The hotel's renovations include a complete renovation of the guest rooms and hotel interior, as well as, the addition of a rooftop bar (More about that new rooftop bar HERE) and a new 114 space valet-only parking garage on the south side of the hotel tower. The exterior spaces and site landscaping is also being renovated and upgraded.
