The soon-to-open 6,400 sq ft downtown Walgreens at the corner of Orange and Church at 190 S. Orange Avenue (MAP) received a new vertical sign facing both streets April 30th. The City gave $20,000.00 to Nunziata Holdings LLC for façade improvements to the building for a blade sign and to restore the exterior lights at the entrance of the building with frontage on Orange Avenue. The capital investment for the improvements was estimated at $84,158.35 thus the eligibility for the $20,000 funding assistance .
