In College Park, Silverstone Homes (Website) is building these 2 houses side by side at 1300 Shady Lane (MAP) if the City will allow them to have a permit to replat two and a half lots into two lots. The same thing is happening at 3100 Helen Ave (MAP). We have a policy about hideous duplexes. Now we need one about lazy developers dumping matching houses into older downtown neighborhoods turning them into the suburbs.
