The Orlando food truck and culinary community lost one of its own this year: Chef Bryce Balluff. He was part of the first wave of entrepreneurs to jump into the Orlando food truck scene after a long career as a Chef. The Millenia area restaurant Millenia106 is throwing a wine dinner in his honor May 18th at 4104 Millenia blvd suite 106. All of the proceeds (minus the wine expense) will go directly to his family. The dinner will feature lots of Florida produce, meats and seafood, all paired with wine. Tickets are $65. This event is put on by the restaurant. Please direct all questions to them.
