An agreement that lasts until December 31, 2032 goes before City Council Monday. It's for a project between the State of Florida, Department of Transportation (“FDOT”) and the City of Orlando.
The project is one standalone sign that identifies the Lake Lawsona Fern Creek neighborhood.
The agreement between all three agencies was created and required because the location proposed is in Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Right Of Way.
The Lake Lawsona Community will be paying for all the fees for the sign including permitting, design and installation.
