A fourth Church Street Station area property has been revealed to be for sale or sold:
August 17th we told you the train depot was for sale. "A former train depot built in 1901 at 78 W Church Street (MAP) is on the market for $4,700,000. It's a 15,018 sq ft building that's a currently a restaurant and bar called Ferg's Depot (Facebook). We walked through the space in 2015 prior to opening. Before it opened someone stole $3,000 worth of antique fencing. Buy it now."
August 18th we told you the north half of Church Street Station was for sale. "One entire side of Church Street Station, the north side, is available for sale. The building, called Church Street North, is located at 127 W Church Street (MAP). It's got 28,846 sq ft and contains Lions Pride Bar, Ceviche restaurant and a vacant bar space. This does not include the Harry Buffalo bar space. The price is not shared publicly but go buy it anyway."
August 23rd we told you the Church Street Exchange Building was for sale. "According to this email forwarded to The Daily City by a reader, the Church Street Exchange Building at 101 S. Garland Ave (MAP) is for sale by JLL's Florida-based Capital Markets Group. Current tenants include PlanSource, PowerDMS, Canvs, and Iron Yard (which is closing all of its locations across the country). August 24th: According to the Orlando Sentinel, the south half of Church Street, comprised of the buildings housing Cheyene Saloon, Orchid Garden, Hamburger Marys and Ballroom at Church Street, are all under contract to be sold to Lincoln Property Company. No plans for the buildings have been announced. Lincoln is developing the 25-story Tremont Tower.
