One entire side of Church Street Station, the north side, is available for sale. The building, called Church Street North, is located at 127 W Church Street (MAP). It's got 28,846 sq ft and contains Lions Pride Bar, Ceviche restaurant and a vacant bar space. This does not include the Harry Buffalo bar space. The price is not shared publicly but go buy it anyways.
Update: 8/21 5:55pm - Since The Daily City's story went live Friday August 18th the listing for this property has been altered on Loopnet. It now says "this retail property is off market." They also took down the video that accompanied the listing and changed the price from not being public to N/A. (Luckily we got the screen grabs before they took it down)
Update: 8/21 6:12pm JLL emailed The Daily City a press release confirming our story. Church Street Station North building which houses Lions Pride Bar, Ceviche and an empty bar space is for sale.
North is for sale.
We're not aware of any news regarding Church Street South.
The mall-turned-tech office space isn't for sale that we're aware of yet.
