The permit authorizes a single-site expansion to the existing Artistic Murals pilot program for the West Arts District site at 1011 W. Central Boulevard. This Temporary Use Permit would be for one year and allow for additional artwork on-site, provided they meet certain criteria and have on-site management to coordinate artists and art. This Temporary Use Permit would also authorize the Planning Official to extend this program for two additional one-year terms based on the effectiveness of the program.
