According to this email forwarded to The Daily City by a reader, the Church Street Exchange Building at 101 S. Garland Ave (MAP) is for sale by JLL's Florida-based Capital Markets Group.
This is the third building that's been listed for sale in the Church Street Station District. We told you about Church Street North building getting listed as well as the train station building across the tracks Church Street North.
Current tenants include PlanSource, PowerDMS, Canvs, and Iron Yard (which is closing all of its locations across the country).
