The Glass Knife at 276 S. Orlando Ave (MAP) released a line of what they're calling Classic Cakes. The dessert-focused cafe is expected to open Fall 2017. It will also feature breakfast, lunch & late-night, café-style options The name The Glass Knife comes from the Depression-era glass knifes Founder Steve Brown's mother used to collect.
